Level 524 is the 525th level of the Backrooms. It appears as No— it appears to be a hospital in relatively new condition.

Description:
Level 524 Hang on, am I supposed to bold that? Let me try that again. Level 524 is what appears to be a hospital devoid of any life. Unusually, this level does not extend infinitely, rather is finite and seems to be an average building. The hospital contains many medical supplies left behind, aswell Oh jeez, is it "aswell" or "as well"? Uh— I'll just guess. As well as many empty beds. Despite no visible power source, the level seems to have infinite energy and running water. Food can also be found, as described later.
Level 524, on the exterior, is covered in thick green vines. In the lobby of the hospital, many windows can be seen which show a multitude of violet flowers. The building may be exited through the front doors. Outside, the level spans infinitely. It appears as a plain of dry grass, with many lavender coloured flowers growing throughout. It is not recommended to stay outside too long, as— η? Was that you? Uh— I'll get back to this later. η?!

level 524 is a very very pretty color light blue and its also my favorite color. i like living here becuz i get to sleep wherever i want becauz their is many many beds. sometimes me and papa play tag by running down the halls but also i fall sometimes and hurt myself and papa has to come help me. one time my antler got stuck on a cutain How do I erase… Oh okay. curtain and papa had to spend soooooo much time untangling me. but its okay thogh becuz i got out in the end.
level 524 is very big. like bigger then the moon i think. i don't know wut the moon is, but papa tells me its very big and i think home is bigger. sometimes me an papa like to play hide and seek, we play a lot of games to make time go faster becauz sometimes things are boring here. papa gets very tired easily so i stop to help them sometimes.
Sometimes I miss mama a lot. they left after papa took my other anter off with the saw. I don't think they liked that. Papa says I have mama's antlers sometimes, I think that makes them sad. Wha' was I doin'? Oh! Um, level 524 is also very pretty outside too! sometimes me an papa go outside and we see all the pretty flowers that grow all over the place! but we cant go out for long times because papa says the flowers are bad for our lungs.
